20th - 22nd June 2025
A unique retreat, celebrating connection in the tranquil South Norfolk Broads.
The weekend of the summer solstice
Spend three days exploring and strengthening the bond between mother and daughter
a relationship like no other.
Our hope is for you to discover deeper layers of your relationship using art, nature, movement and conversation and when you leave to take with you a renewed awareness and appreciation for your kin.
Day 1 - Arrival
You arrive at The Mill where you will have the time to land and explore your tranquil surroundings. A guided meditation and sensory journey sets the scene for the days ahead and prepares you for a peaceful night's rest.
Day 2 - Solstice
As the sun begins its journey on the longest day of the year, so too begins our celebration. Through a creative lens we take a deeper look at the bonds that unite us as kin. Immersing ourselves in the elements, we honour the abundance of nature and the sacred body of water. As the sunlights fades, we gather once more for an evening of gentle revelry, full of stories, rituals and toasting.
Day 3 - Return
The final day concludes with a nourishing yoga flow, focusing on embodying your insights and reflections from our weekend spent together as kith and kin.
